Hi all! Does anyone have a template for a Customer Reference Call request please? i.e what I would send to the customer for them to participate in the call. The template will of course have some gaps for specific use cases to be filled in to personalise the request but curious if anyone has something that works well? TIA!

Hey @Beccy Furness, here's one I have for our CSMs:
Hi [Contact Name],
I hope your week started off well.

I'm reaching out to introduce my colleague @[AE NAME], currently working on a project with a company evaluating Algolia.

As they have [Insert important information regarding the reference call; eg: a similar tech stack to yours (also using Commercetools)] and we wanted to explore the possibility of scheduling a brief referral call with you: your success story could make a significant difference for this prospective client, helping them gain a deeper understanding of the potential benefits and real-world outcomes of Algolia.

Would your team be open to participating in this call?

As a long-standing customer, you'd be a great candidate to share your Whatfix experience.

<Customer Namer>, can we schedule a brief call with our Sales Manager to provide further details about the reference request?

I have a few of these templates for scenarios (if you're interested) like if you already discussed on a call and are following up by email; a follow up email; introducing the AE, etc. 🙂
