Hey all. I’m looking to upgrade my Customer Marketing dashboard, with less of an emphasis on Influenced Revenue, but looking to layer in some additional items and options. What are you folks out there doing? Thanks for letting me know and happy new year!! :fireworks:
Hi @Evan Jacobs I’d love to discuss this on a weekly Friday call, maybe next week if we can.
Beyond Revenue, I’m seeing a lot of people focused on adoption and retention and event participation.
What does your dashboard look like now? How have you been able to transition away from the focus on Influenced Revenue?
One of the things that I am starting to focus on is “last touch”.
So, if we can show that we had a CAB, and then right after that, the customer makes a large upsell or cross-sell, we can track that and attribute it back to the Program.
But yeah, would be happy to chat with others on this topic to learn and share more
Would you be able to join on a Friday call? I have all Fridays in February open. I’d love to hear how you track that last touch across what I would assume would be several types of activities.
Sure, happy to. I wouldn’t be “presenting” per se, but can share a bit of our early work on this effort, if that is helpful
