Hello! Looking for some information here. Has anyone actively tracked lead generation/done lead attribution back to your customer assets? (case studies, pdfs, etc) If yes, what is the good standard to aim for? Is there any benchmarking done on this? We're starting from scratch and want to know what is a good goal to set for lead attribution against customer stories and related assets. Looking for data for B2B SaaS space.

Are you trying to determine the number of new leads with the lead source of customer assets? Or the influence of customer assets on leads?

Lead source would mean that the contact was generated from the asset itself, like a download of a case study. Influence would mean they are already in your ecosystem but interact with the content as part of their buyer journey.

For sales enablement, do y’all use HighSpot or something like it? If yes, you can add customer content in there for your reps to share and can track all of the views, time spent, etc. through it.

We use highspot and this is something we started tracking - how are our reps interacting with the content, views, time spent, etc.

I think my question was more around - If we are to track new lead gen and/or influence on leads - what does good look like? Any quantitive benchmarks to keep in mind?
