How do you keep your messaging personalized to either the stage the client is in, product/ service they have or even industry. Basically any personalization tips!

i mean i wont be there 😭 buuuut things I'd want to hear more about:

  1. How do you balance all of the customer comms requests? Upsell, product, CS, events, marketing, etc
  2. How are you using in app notifications/like what frequency are marketing messages vs product?
  3. Segmentation is obviously important for comms, but what segments are you using outside of the normal? (ie product, company size, team member role)
