How do you keep your messaging personalized to either the stage the client is in, product/ service they have or even industry. Basically any personalization tips!

i mean i wont be there 😠buuuut things I'd want to hear more about:
- How do you balance all of the customer comms requests? Upsell, product, CS, events, marketing, etc
- How are you using in app notifications/like what frequency are marketing messages vs product?
- Segmentation is obviously important for comms, but what segments are you using outside of the normal? (ie product, company size, team member role)
