Happy new year all! Huge favor to ask - can anyone share a screenshot of how they've set up their roll up field in hubspot or sfdc for customer marketing activities? In other words, how are you all setting up how you capture reviews, references, referrals, case studies, Speaker engagements, UGC, etc?
reminds me I should track customer marketing activities in salesforce and gainsight.
I don’t know what the rollup field is in SFDC, but Leslie Barrett wrote a post on

@Andru Creighton at Orca has tools hooked into Salesforce specifically for keeping track of activities from advocates.
We have a custom object in SFDC to track our advocates and their activities. This was something I inherited and I recommend thinking twice before adding a custom object for this because it tends to be difficult to report and be actionable, but it does allow for proper tracking. I’m happy to walk you through this some time.

I was wondering the same @Kevin Swecker, if any resources have been shared with you, could you also share them with me?
