I don’t think I know of any org that uses Medallia. I know ones that are Qualtrics or Typeform users though, Kevin.

We use qualtrics for surveys but are interested in Medallia for aligning our global voc program in how we analyze and report on the insights. Still working on getting biz alignment and funding to scale the program tho… I might have already told ya all this tho!
