Anyone have any really great email templates they use for inviting customers to be a panelist and/or keynote speaker at events?

Hi <>!

Our annual event - SaaSMe, is coming up in May and I am working with our team here to build out the agenda. We are hoping to add some customer voices to the day and of course, you immediately came to mind.

The vision for this 45 minute panel, <>, is to hone in on the importance and value of >. Specifically would love dive into things like:
• <>

This would be moderated by a Zylo team member, and you would be joined by other Zylo customers. It would be a ‘fireside chat’ style presentation, with no major slide preparation necessary.
• The commitment would include:
â—¦ (2) prep sessions with the session leader. We will use this time to discuss potential questions and review the session flow.
â—¦ (1) rehearsal (The week of May 8th)
â—¦ (1) live 45-minute session (Tuesday, May 16th)

^ is almost exactly the same structure that I use. I like to include a deadline for them to express interest so I'm not overbooking things. If there's anything in it for the individual, I'll include that (e.g. we film our fireside chats and provide the recording after. We also offer to write a case study to accompany the session as a takeaway for the attendees and provide that PDF to their marketing team to repurpose/reuse)
