A friend forwarded this to me about the acquisition of Influitive by Jigsaw today. Anyone familiar with Jigsaw for customer success? When I was at Gainsight I never heard of Jigsaw lol, but they did acquire a LMS software recently so maybe that's the competitor?
So I’m not crazy to think Jigsaw is not a well known platform 😅
@Jennifer Lyons Yeah, it was a message from the new CEO saying that Influitive has been acquired!
No real details beyond linking the press release though
@Maura Frost I’ve been away from Influitive for a while…when did the new CEO start? I got the impression they are struggling but I was encouraged with their latest platform updates that gave me a more favorable view of using them again in the future.

We had JUST signed on with Influitive a week before this was announced. We haven't even launched yet. I believe our sales rep was let go, and maybe the originally planned CSM as our kickoff call got rescheduled until after the new year. Argh. I hope this goes well and the new company will support further development of the Influitive platform. It was a hell of a job selling this internally over ReferenceEdge.
Can you get your money back?
I don't know why we'd want to do that. Seems like an overreaction. I just hope it goes well.

Influitive @? We are just using the advocacy part, not community. How about you?
Same. Though I've had the full package in previous companies. It's been interesting figuring out workarounds to not having forums.
@ & @Shelly Ryder when you say you are using Influitive for Advocacy only not community what does that look like?
@Jennifer Lyons it means we have the AdvocateHub subscription (with advocate challenges to take part in), without the Community add-on that Influitive offers. That's where you can have discussion groups and other things a typical online community has.

We reached out to our AM yesterday and learned that he is also being let go (our CSM was let go last week). I reached out via the chatbot on the website as we are hoping to assess their Reference Management tool (anyone here have experience with that?) and got a "No one is available to help right now" message 😔 Not getting the best vibes from this right now
