Hey all! We're looking into building a customer education cohort as a pipeline for customer stories/pilot to help leadership feel comfortable with further investing in a true Academy. The general idea we have now is to have an application process where customers agree to join our advocacy program in exchange for a masterclass around building their internal programs using our product, with some additional hands-on support for the duration of the cohort. Has anyone done something like this? Would love to learn from you!

@Sarah McCoy I'm curious how other folks have their teams structured since I do see a lot of advocacy related activity in the channels (by that I would mean customer references, etc). We have separate LCM, CM, and CA teams here. We work together closely but my focus for example (managing the Customer Marketing team) is on customer adoption & retention which also includes some degree of customer education. We have a separate team that is focused more on brand advocacy, specific customer programs like running a CAB, etc. And we recently combined the expansion & lifecycle marketing teams under one leader.

Hi everyone, I've been lurking for a bit but time to say hello officially: 🌎 Location: Seattle, WA ⭐ Work: Customer Marketing Manager @ SurveyMonkey 💞 Currently working on: My path has been a circuitous one starting in support, then to enablement &amp; ops, a short detour into digital customer success, and as of Monday my team is officially transitioning into the marketing department! So both onboarding into marketing generally &amp; what our customer marketing program can look like more specifically.
