Hi all! We are planning on launching a community this year and I'm conducting some customer interviews to help us guide our roadmap and planning (and validate the impact to customers). I have an initial list of questions, but was curious if anyone else had favorite questions they like to ask customers when doing this kind of research?
My goto resource for customer research interviews is Hannah Shamji
in general, i want to know the before, during and after.
Before they used your product, how did they solve their problem (if they have). What did they do?
During - while working with you, what was the process like? How did they feel? What were they surprised about?
After - After working with you, what changed? How has things improved?
Also, I think @Joel Klettke probably has some good questions. I got some from him a long time ago
