Hi everyone, does anyone have a nice section (on your website) with CAB members? I googled a bit, there are pros and cons, I don´t wanna overcomplicate, ideally only headshots, name, job title and company (logo).

Agree with Laurie, you really need to make sure it´s not hitting your own reputation in the market. Would never recommend to do something with "toxic brands" as it can hit you even harder. Imagine media, journalists are getting aware of it and reaching out to your company and start asking questions. I would anonymize it and focus on the use-case only.

Hi all, I think I've seen a few posts around CABs and so certainly a hot topic for many. How do you make sure you choose the best city for the CAB (focusing on US) - e.g. Miami in January because a lot of people are working x the country? How do you handle different segments, groups of people (executives vs. IT practitioners), industries, products vs. platforms, etc.? Have you invited customers exclusively to be a member first, to make sure there is interest in joining the Advisory Board and being part of the whole thing? Have looked at Ciana's Lighthouse Program approach, if anyone is open to a chat about in-person experiences I would appreciate it. I think I have a good understanding of it, but never run a CAB/PAB by my own.

IMO, for internal townhalls 12-15 mins max, and this should be really on point. 4-5 questions are enough. + 5 mins Q&A. For sure it depends, what are the other topics of the townhall and it should be ideally aligned with the other topics 🙂.

For example, if you have DevRel or others who give frequent talks, you can think about working with them if the budget is tight. We have a Speakers Corner internally (not only tech related) where we also offer help and support to customers. That's very well received.

I just published a [new testimony](https://www.linkedin.com/posts/aiven_la-redoute-scales-to-meet-unprecedented-demand-activity-7074692887438929920-kzaq/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_desktop) - the first time I've used VFX animations in a testimony. I think it's often the case when you use non-customer broll/footage that it's boring, but check it out - feedback is welcome.

Oh yes, that would be great, during my time at VMware we also went through a major transformation from a regional customer reference team to a global team. I would love to share with others and get their perspective on different things as well when it comes to build a program from scratch (more or less :)).
