One of my sales colleagues shared this prospecting tip that has been working well for him in job hunting too. Instead of doing your standard LinkedIn message to the Hiring Manager, he's been sending short 20 sec video messages to say hello and ask for a follow-up.

Hey Yoselyn! I work at Influitive and I know a lot of our clients offer gift card rewards with exceptions for public sector customers and some have a spending cap per member based on corporate gifting policies. (I believe anything over USD $600 in a calendar year cumulatively needs to be reported on your taxes.) There are lots of opportunities for non-monetary rewards as well though so happy to chat through this further if you'd like!
