eLearning Content Creator (Customer education / Onboarding specialist) - Remote
We are looking for a freelancer for a 1-2-month contract (part-time or full-time) to help develop two learning paths in our academy that support new user product onboarding.

Some things about you:
• Prior experience producing SCORM courses and learning paths published in a learning management system (LMS). We use Articulate 360 and LearnUpon, respectively.
• Experience developing customer-facing onboarding content for SaaS companies
• Expert English writing and editing skills
• Proactive, curious, and able to simplify and position complex concepts into clear messaging for various technical and non-technical user personas.
• An assertive self-starter with a high degree of accountability
• Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Astute attention to detail with a creative eye
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, including the willingness and ability to consult with subject matter experts from various departments
• Comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions as necessary

Good point. We have various levels of exposure:
• Logo on website
• Customer quote
• Sales deck or email mention
• Name drop on website/collateral
• Name drop in verbal convo
• Name drop in gated content (Webinar etc)

For us in SaaS the rule of thumb is always OK to share by default. However, it's best practice to check in with the AM before doing it just to be sure that there is no sensitive moment happening.
I have seen some companies actually create a logo share permission field in Hubspot that gets field out during the handoff from sales to success. It can even be automatically populated based on the filed in a contract.

I had small marketing teams for Saas (up to 30 people) and the customer marketing was responsible to manage all the above.
KPI: pipeline generated for inside sales (upsell and cross-sell) or NRR (depending on the company).
