Hi @Mary Green (Owner CMAweekly) 👋 Great to e-meet you. I focus on the growth of our Core customer accounts, primarily small and medium sized businesses. I do this in a few ways at Qualia. I support expansion of single-product accounts into multi-product solutions, I help drive customer adoption of key product features, and I coordinate customer advocacy programs (references, referrals, reviews, case studies).
