Fun fact: I recently realized I’ve applied for the same role THREE times…with three different agencies! I applied over a month ago and met with a recruiter. Never heard back. Applied the other day and recruiter called and told me the name of the client. I applied for another role and a recruiter called and it was the same company. I went through my notes and realized it was the same client who has several different agencies looking for candidates. SUPER frustrating
