Thanks for adding me to the group, @Mary Green (Owner CMAweekly)! Hello all, I'm Darshil Shah. I work as a Marketo consultant at Deloitte India. I'm a Marketo champ, architect, and expert. I work on a ton of advocacy-related stuff for Marketo. So excited to be here. What do you love the most about Customer marketing? I love all the aspects of CM even though it isn’t my core area, I’m more of a technical marketing automation architect! I love how CMs are essentially at the center stage of a business and customers. They help companies build trust, loyalty, and advocacy among their existing customers, while also driving growth and business success. 🙌 What are you currently working? Well, a ton of things! Helping a couple of Marketo clients setting up their instance, optimizing an existing marketo instance for one of the customers, prepping up for one of the deep dive sessions that I'm delivering in partnership with Adobe, and a lot of smaller customer marketing and general advocacy related stuff. How can we help you? Can’t think of anything specific rn, but I’m already loving the discussions going on in various channels!
