just noticing that I have more CMM roles open in my network than people I know who are looking for the first time in a while (6-9 months ago I'd have 10+ CMMs pinging me on each role). That means the CMM job market is getting stronger! Which is great news for everyone in the community (CMM pros should have more leverage in conversations with hiring companies and retaining companies, Vendors like us obviously need a robust CMM market).
