Hi Everyone. I'm Hassan and I'm UK/EMEA based working for inEvidence - Customer Storytellers as an Advocacy Specialist. This is my second stint with the company and primarily I work with our clients managing their reference databases and reference helpdesks. I've worked on many advocacy databases from Quickbase, to RO to Gainsight as well as helped clients manage their databases and content as well as migrate to other platforms. I'm here because as a customer advocacy specialist I want to give back to our community so any knowledge, experience I can share with you all or help you in any way then feel free to reach out. What am I currently working on? I've been recently assisting a client who has moved from one platform to another so been busy migrating that data onto the new database, filming tutorials for users and showcasing the new features. How can we help you? I think the best way to answer this question is to say it's all about knowledge sharing and transferring. I have a wealth of knowledge about managing clients data on various platforms and running reference helpdesks which I'm more than happy to discuss with people here and outside of that bubble it'd be amazing to hear what the rest of the people and this community are working on. Can't beat a bit of sharing best practice.
