• source 20 customer speakers for user conference
• handling all reference requests, generating GPI reviews, holiday gifts

I'm not a team of 1 (anymore) but yeah, that sounds like a lot, unless you have a ton of execution support

Is this ALL you're doing (meaning you don't have responsibilities in other marketing functions)? If so, it's ambitious and I might cut about 1/3 of it. As it reads, I would think you'd need at least one other person to execute it all in a quarter. If you have other marketing responsibilities, I'd cut by 1/2.

Do you have someone to help you on the email copy? I send about the same amount, but I do not write the emails just give direction and the final okay and it helps a lot!

yeah I get it.....I got tasked with building a reference program last week and yesterday got asked to also own all customer marketing......Can you say no to anything on the list or deprioritize it?

trying to deprioritize now - also i have a deck for buidling a ref program from ground up with limited resources if you want
