Great session - great conversation. One question I had that I'd love others' opinions on is, when you send emails as part of upsell that include educational resources, do you send them from you/marketing or do they look like they are from sales? Has anyone tested this?
@Rebecca Grossman I have not tested it with educational content. I typically send that from me (marketing), but equip the tools to CS team and they throw it into some of their playbooks within their gainsight instance.
When I have run early renewal or demo meeting (expansion) campaigns, I have tested from me or the CSM and the CSM outperformed marketing over 50%
I would probably send it from me, or from my customer education team, @Rebecca Grossman
